Every product on our site has its own product page showing images and sometimes video. It also includes information about colors, sizes and materials.

You can find a product page in two ways:

• Search: Enter the product name or number in the search box.
• Browse: Navigate through product categories in the eShop.

From the product page choose the color and size you need, then add the item to your shopping bag.

If your preferred combination is unavailable you will be offered a Merchandise Request Form to notify our Customer Service team.

Once all items are in your shopping bag proceed to checkout:

1. Login or create an account
2. Insert personal data and delivery address
3. Select payment method and submit the order

After payment authorization you will receive an email confirming your order.

Items in the eShop are usually in stock. However, another customer may purchase an item before you complete your order.

If the color or size is unavailable you may submit a Merchandise Request Form and our Customer Service will contact you when the product becomes available.

We guarantee that every item sold on our website is 100% authentic.

We cannot comment on or guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from other websites.

Each product page contains a sizing chart showing international size conversions to help you choose the correct size.

You can save any item on the site in your Wishlist or lookbook for later purchase.

Click the star icon on product pages or category pages to add items to your Wishlist.

You can access your Wishlist at any time through your account.
